Flood Fill (also called Flood-It) is a color-spreading puzzle where you start from the top-left corner and try to paint the entire board in the fewest possible moves. Each move changes your current territory to a chosen color, absorbing adjacent cells of the same color. The challenge is routing your expansion efficiently to avoid wasting moves. The puzzle is related to the "flood fill" algorithm used in paint software and image processing, which fills an area with a color starting from a seed point.

Q. Can the board ever be impossible to fill?
